LPFCU offers the following services for your convenience.

Audio Teller: Access your account via touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with LPFCU's Audio Teller, our automated audio response system.

To use the Audio Teller, you will also need:

  • Your account number and,

  • Your personal identification number (PIN)

Simply dial 866-631-3381 follow the menus to obtain account information, transfer funds from savings to loans, initiate check withdrawals or obtain credit union information, such as credit union hours, current savings and lending rates.

Check withdrawal requests are available during credit union business hours: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Online Banking – Everything that you see on the screen is now real time and transfers are effective immediately. You can make downloads to popular money management software. Other services included in the online banking are: transfers between accounts; transfers to other members’ accounts; send secure messages to the credit union; account statement (eStatements); administration of your account; customer service and log off. Online Banking  

 You will need:

  • A Computer with Internet access

  • Your LPFCU account number and

  • Your PIN Simply click on the "Online Banking" image and view up to one year's history.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit electronically transfers all or part of your employee's pay, retiree's pension and annuities, and other business deposits (refunds, expense reimbursements, Social Security benefits) to your credit union deposit account. It is safe, reliable and convenient. You are assured that your pay and benefit payments will be in your account on pay day. Direct Payment

These services save you time and money by eliminating checks, check handling, postage and late fees. With Direct Payment, you preauthorize electronic debits to your account for types of recurring bill payments, such as insurance premiums, utility payments, all types of loan payments, mortgages, credit card payments, alimony payments, club memberships, subscriptions, charitable contributions, etc. Direct payments may be terminated or modified at any time according to the procedures outlined in your authorization agreement.
